Chapter 12: I Feel For You Part I

the weekend charity work....


for the first time in the history, Rissa prepared a breakfast. she never prepared a breakfast before with someone nor her own dad. SHE's a SPOILED BRAT and a PRINCESS at their home before... but after marraige, it never occurred to her to cook with someone.

3 days ago... Ney's mom visited her at their mansion, too bad she never see her son because Ney's at work. as usual, after work Rissa expected her husband to come home late because she knew that he'll meet Femy after work. Ney's mom came from a grocery, she was expecting to have dinner with the two but Ney's not home yet. while in the kitchen, she saw Ney's mom is busy preparing her son's favorite dish. looking at her, just missing her mom.

her mom died when she was 10 because of leukemia, her dad never got married anymore because he was a very busy person but at least... her dad was not like the other dads who doesnt have time for their child. maybe thats the reason why she grew up as a spoiled brat, her dad gave everything to her... from toys to traveling different countries.

while watching Ney's mom, she suddenly butt in and decided to help her preparing the dishes.

Ney's mom: how are you and my son? (brushing Rissa's hair gently)
Rissa: we're good... but we cant avoid the fact that we seem so busy.
Ney's mom: well, at least you talk... some other couples never talk because they're tired enough. (in her mind if only Ney's mom knew that they're not talking... they're avoiding)
Rissa: yeah... (she smiled timidly)
Ney's mom: (she noticed that the water is already boiling, then she hurriedly put the vegetables and stir it) do you know... that this is Ney's favorite dish?
Rissa: i... i... i didnt know.
Ney's mom: really? then where do you and Ney eat?
Rissa: actually, mom... we only eat outside (part of it she lied, she didnt know really know how to cook the main dishes, only instant food that she can make but at the same time they dont eat together because they've already eat outside)
Ney's mom: oh, my! dear, as much as possible you should prepare a dish at home and you have to eat together... (she sounded like she can read Rissa's mind) here... (giving her the floor to slice the meat) slice the meat into cubes... i will teach you how to cook and as much as possible since you're my son's wife... you also need to know her favorite dishes... what about you? what's your favorite dish?
Rissa: i like rare medium steak...

Rissa like western food and when after her mom died, her father let her stay in the US for 5 years. Ney's mom taught her daughter-in-law on how to cook.

as Ney was ready to go for charity work, when he was about to go... Rissa called him.


Rissa: why dont you take breakfast first... (she inviting him for breakfast, she saw him carrying a big bag)
Ney: im on my way to Chainat...
Rissa: well, you gotta eat first before you go... (she was trying to be nice and Ney gets curious why all of a sudden his wife acting so strange)

as he sat and was looking at the dish that he prepared... he felt hesitant to get some food and try it, then he looked at her.

Rissa: what? go get some... (he was still studying Rissa's face, he wanted to know what's eating her) why?
Ney: nothing... (when he was still not getting some food, his wife served him and put some food on his plate)
Rissa: are you still not going to eat?.... dont worry i didnt put anything to make you die.
Ney: im not saying anything...
Rissa: then why are you still not eating?... fine, i'll go eat first and see me if i did put some food poisoning! (she get some food and she ate it, she showed him chewing it thoroughly and swallow it) see.... (then he finally eat.)


after breakfast he told her that he'll be back by Monday, even told her that Femy will come along with him to check the small village in Chainat. her mind suddenly alert, when he mentioned Femy's name. she wanted to asked "why does SHE (Femy) have to you???", she felt annoyed but she didnt show it. then, Ney finally go...

while driving, he was talking Femy over the phone... telling he cant fetch her because she has work to do and they'll just meet in Chainat. meanwhile, at home Rissa felt so uneasy... she cant stand thinking about Ney and Femy being together. she wasnt suppose to think about him... even herself wanted to know why she started to act so strange eversince Femy butt in to their RELATIONSHIP... or she might forgot already... do her and Ney really have so called 'RELATIONSHIP'???


Femy is going to Chainat after her little business deal with her client, when her phone rang its Ney on the other line.

Femy: im about to go there now......yeah, i had business deal with a client awhile ago........ a papers??? what papers???....... oh, ok....... so i'll pass by at your home first....... ok......bye


sometimes, people never change... Femy thought, her best friend is still clumsy as ever and forgetful... Ney was asking if she could get the papers that he forgot at home, so she has to go first at Ney and Rissa's mansion.

Rissa was wondering if who's the person just came, then it was Femy who got out from the car.

Femy: Rissa...
Rissa: Femy... i thought-
Femy: Ney called and forgot something, do you know where he put the papers?
Rissa: what papers?
Femy: its the list of medical supplies and other project donations....
Rissa: (she cant let Femy know that they were sleeping in different rooms) wait here a sec, i'll get it first...


after a long minutes finding the papers, finally she found it. before Rissa could give it to "Ney's bestfriend", Femy was planning not to come in Chainat anymore. she rather wanted Rissa to go visit the province and to look up with her husband... she wanted Rissa to see Ney of what he was doing in charity work.

Rissa: Fem, here's the papers...
Femy: oh, thanks...
Rissa: no problem...
Femy: by the way, i have an emergency call... i have a client to meet right now, if im not gonna meet him... he might change his mind and forget about our deal. (Rissa ask why she's explaining to her about the client.) Ney ask me to come in Chainat and his probably waiting right now.
Rissa: ......and so..... what's the connection?
Femy: well, my first priority of course is my client.... but i need a favor from you....
Rissa: what?
Femy: can you rather go in Chainat?
Rissa: huh?
Femy: please.... Ney really needs these papers urgently. i really cant come.
Rissa: but why me?
Femy: please.... can you bring it to him...
Rissa: but he's expecting you...and.... he'll be mad at me...
Femy: oh, c'mon! dont be ridiculous... why he's gonna be mad at you anyway? you're his wife.

she has a point.... but if they'll meet, he'll be surprise and they might only end up with an argument.... but why do they have to argue? she's only gonna give the papers to him and after that she'll leave right away... because she cant stand staying in a low poverty. in the end, Femy went and leave the papers to her that she has to give to Ney. she hurriedly took a shower to prepare her things.

she's acting crazy while preparing her things (packing some bags).... but she almost forgot that she's only gonna bring the papers to him and she'll leave right away. so she unpacked the bag again and went to the bathroom.
