Chapter 06: After The Wedding... What's Next? A Big No-No to Honeymoon!

almost how many sleepless nights that they've gone through, they couldn't sleep because of their upcoming wedding... while Rissa was laying on her bed, she was looking at her wedding gown... she was thinking, her gown is beautiful but the one she will get marry with...is the ugliest person in the whole world. realizing that all through the years, she had never had a bad luck before... but when the events started in Hawaii, misfortune came. she suddenly remember, the school's event when she was still in high school, when she encountered him at their booth...


at their school event...

during the first day of the school event, Rissa's group is one of the highest vote in all booths in school, the students keeps visiting and took pictures of their booth... they're selling high-end fashion stuff, from dresses to accessories they're selling it into low price. they also invited the students to watch the mini fashion show at the end of the school event. meanwhile, Ney's group is the in the second place of the highest vote in all booths. many students, especially the student couples visits... because their booth is for lover's quarrel, confessions and make up couples. they prepared a balloons all over and they shape into a heart. the couples has to stand on the other side and Ney's friend who's a member of a school paper is the photographer of their booth.

one time, the students went to Ney's booth because there's a live confession from a popular guy to an average girl... the students were watching them, as if the students felt the intensity scene... the guy was secretly falling in love with an average girl... he couldnt tell her because he's too shy to tell her but now he put all his courage to tell the girl how much he loves her.

Rissa was annoyed when she saw the students who were buying awhile ago from their booth went to Ney's booth. she went to see the scene and she wanted to talk to Ney...

Young Rissa: Ney! what's the meaning of this!?! are you trying to make a scene here in school!?!
Young Ney: no... its the students wants to make a scene here! look how the guy confesses his feelings for her... (he was smiling while seeing the confession scene.)
Young Rissa: (the guy who was confessing is none other than her crush... and she saw that he was confessing his love to an average student) i dont care! are you trying to make my business loss!?!
Young Ney: why should i? i have my business here and you have your business there...

she didnt mean not to be so sporty, but because she saw her crush confessing.. now, she's trying to make a scene. the students started to look at Ney and Rissa... she was trying to ruin his booth but he was trying to resist her. she went to the balloons to untie them, which Ney had gone mad.

Young Ney: what are you doing!? you're ruining my business! stop that! (he hold her hand to stop her...)
Young Rissa: let me go! you are also ruining my business!
Young Ney: i am not! the students wanted to witness the scene! what's wrong with you!

she didnt answer, she was terribly in a mess... the students were watching them and so as the popular guy and the average girl. later, they realized there was a click of a camera flash of them. Ney's friend took the picture of them, while they were looking at each other... they were captured by a camera that they were standing at the other side of the balloons heart shape...

at the end of the school year, the yearbook has been distributed to all students in school and in the yearbook. the picture of Ney and Rissa become one of the most memorable scene... because they argued and took a stolen shot, in the yearbook their picture says "the lover's quarrel" which made the whole students of the school laugh at them...


meanwhile, Ney was laying on his bed... he was looking at the picture of the stolen shot when he was in high school... it was him and Rissa on it. he was thinking the same thing, the past during their high school days... maybe the people will laugh at them more, now that they are going to get marry. he wanted to sleep because tomorrow is his worst nightmare.... its their wedding tomorrow. now that he has to commit everything tomorrow, since he'll be her husband... he was thinking that starting tomorrow, he will over power her because he is her husband and he can finally revenge on him, he's devilish smile makes him silly more... but he doesnt care...

its one of the biggest wedding of the year... the two companies who were rivals from the past has now reconcile with each other, the were in separate rooms... the designer, the hair styler and the make up artist was in Rissa's room. while in Ney's room is her mom's designer... while preparing, the designer suggested Ney to wear an eyeglasses that will suit his formal suit or much better if he'll wear contact lens just for this wedding... his mom smiled at his son when the designer finally convince her son to wear a contact lens just for once only.

they are now waiting for the bride...he was waiting for his bride, Rissa walk down the aisle. with her father at her side. the two admit that they forgot everything... they were savoring the moment, the scene felt romantic like they were thinking it was real... so true but funny how it seems when they were in this kind of situation.

when Rissa reached the altar, her father tap Ney's back and smile. underneath the thin cloth, Rissa cant even believe to herself if the man she's facing right now is NOT the DORK one... not as handsome that she was expecting but rather smart looking and not geeky anymore... with his looks, he surely has the guts to court a girl now.

after the wedding, they went ahead to the wedding reception... they make believe the people that they were like a "lovey-dovey" couple. Ney always stole her a kiss that made Rissa pinched him on the waist and whispering "im warning you already... this is your 5 times already. i will really give you a hard punch later...".

Ney: (he whispered as he replied to her) dont worry its just for a scene... (then he turned his attention to the press who were taking pictures of them, he was smiling while his hand is at Rissa's waist).

after the wedding, they left them to checked in one of the exclusives hotel room. by tomorrow they have a flight to go to Hawaii, they choose to trip back in Hawaii... not for a honeymoon but to investigate about the tape.

as they reached the hotel room, Rissa put away his hands on her waist and she push him away...

Rissa: so you really had good time there while you took advantage of me....
Ney: i didnt took advantage of you. i told you it was just a scene...
Rissa: we dont have to make a scene there!
Ney: whatever you say, i dont care anymore... im just doing my part... and if you dont cooperate, fine!
Rissa: i will never cooperate with you! why should i!?! dont ever get in my way and i will stay out of your way!
Ney: ok, fine!
Rissa: (before she went to the bathroom... she told him something that makes Ney pissed off) oh, before i forgot... dont ever fall in love with me because i will never fall in love to a person like you! (then she bang the door of the bathroom as she lock the door at the same time).


he was pissed off because she said those words, he then promise to himself that he will never really fall in love with a bitch like Rissa... he thinks that she seems so proud for herself... like she's one of the most beautiful women in hi-so world. maybe she's one of the most beautiful in hi-so... but the people still didnt know how bad Rissa is...

after her shower, she was only wearing a robe. when he look at her from head to toe... Rissa told him that makes their relationship divided.

Rissa: im going to sleep here... (pointing the bed) and you're going to sleep there... (pointing the sofa).
Ney: wait-! who's says im going to sleep in the sofa... im not gonna sleep here.
Rissa: fine, find your place where do you want to sleep... i just dont want you here to be in my bed.
Ney: thats not your bed... its OUR bed. i will sleep there! (pointing the bed)
Rissa: no! its not OUR-!
Ney: whatever you say... i dont wanna listen... (rather go to the bathroom to take a shower, he lay down on the bed at the left side)
Rissa: Ney!!!!!!! (Ney covered his ears... since Rissa cant do anything about it. she put other pillow on the center and at the right side is her place) fine! but dont come any closer to me... i will surely kill you if you'll take advantage of me! why dont you go for a shower now because i hate being sleep with someone who's stinky! (then Ney stood up to go to the bathroom)

after he took a shower, Rissa was pretending sleeping but actually when she heard that Ney came out from the bathroom already, she close her eyes right away. Ney turned off the lampshade at both sides... he went to the right side to turned off the light. as he look at to her face... he wanted to touch it but he was trying to resist it... he almost forgot that the person he got married with is his mortal enemy. then he went back to his place and tried to get some sleep. she cant deny the fact that for some reason while she was closing her eyes.... she could smell and feel the masculine scent of Ney, he's fresh and just came out from the bathroom. she honestly felt a little shiver, she like the smell of him... but she almost forgot that he's an enemy and nothing can change what she sees in him...
